Assisting you to return to work
- A professional OTIP rehabilitation consultant (RC) in your geographic area will work with you to develop a return to work plan that meets your needs
- Has sound knowledge and experience working in the educational community
- Helps to facilitate communication and positive change with all parties involved
Helping you meet your goals
- Planning – With your input and assistance, your RC will work with your doctor to develop a timely plan for your return to work based on your individual needs
- Liaising – Your RC can help to facilitate communications between your employer, the medical community and you
- Supporting – Your RC will provide you with information, resources and guidance throughout your entire return to work process
